I just got home from the dentist. ): Apparently, I had a cavity. Oops. Goodbye perfect teeth? Anyway, originally, I was supposed to stay after school for the volleyball game, because I need the coach’s signature for my Leadership class. Oh well, I guess I could always go later. I have way too much stuff to do and that’s showing through my bad grades. We’re only into the 2nd grading period, yet it seems like I’ve been at school forever already. I can’t wait for this year to pass, I wish it were April.
I was thinking of graduating early, as I absolutely j’adore the PHHS class of 2010. Most of my friends and best friend is in that class. I don’t know, but to do so, I would have to take this grade equivalency test thing. If I pass, I’ll get my diploma early and graduate. If I don’t, I’ll stay in the class of 11. Who knows, anything can happen right?
I’m going to go study now. To do list: Calculus Hwrk, Study for Calc Test on Monday, Spanish Hwrk, Memorize Presentation, Physio Hwrk, APUSH Notes for CH 9 and 10, and Study like HELL for my Eagle Board of Review.
That’s all, at least until later. You know you love me,
J.

AHH, so many things...
I'm so nervous right now because I have my board of review, which is like a test, to see if I pass to attain the highest rank of boy scouting, the Eagle Scout Rank in about 6 days. October 20th, people. My friend has his the week right after mine. Sometimes I wish I wasn't first, but hey, I know what I'm here for. I know what I'm striving for, and I will charge at it full force until I finally pass it. Wish me luck! (=.
I love the Leadership circle. So much better than the tables. That's all I gotta say.
Later for now, I need to go do homework and study for tests and the board review.
You know you love me, J.

The day after the first day of being Sixteen.
Hi guys! Thank you very much to all those who said Happy Birthday to me (:. Also, Thank you to those who gave me birthday presents and made me cards :D!
Since my birthday was on a Saturday this year, I didn't get to celebrate it with my friends, although the day before that, hella people sang Happy Birthday to me. Kaylene Layton gave me delicious cupcakes and Jonathan Lin gave me an Aeropostale gift card along with a card. Thank you guys (:. After I got home though, I had to go to the hospital for volunteer, soooo I ended up getting home at around 7. My parents gave me my birthday present early, and out of all the gifts that I received, I still think theirs is the best one. (=.
The next day, I woke up and went down to change because I had to be at this place at 8 to help set up for Vietnamese Scouting Day for San Jose. Again, hella people said Happy Birthday to me. Later on, I was reunited with the Dien Hong girls that I met from TT9. They gave me cupcakes, a big ass card, balloons, and other random things. Once Tina, my best friend, got there, she handed me a cake that she made herself. (: It was pretty! STRAWBERRIES, MMMM. :D. We then ventured out to meet other people, where I ran into some really old friends (:. Oh reminiscence much... Anywho, after the games and meeting new people, we had flag ceremony and lunch. After that, performances began and boy do I have to say that LD Dien Hong and LD Huong Viet were really good. (:! HAHAHA. I love you guys.
After Viet Scouting Day ended, I headed off to Elaine's house for homecoming painting. The wind was hella strong so it ripped some of our posters, but it's alright I guess. We fixed most of it. (:. Yes, our theme is PIXAR :D. ♥
OMG, I have so many things to study for. ):
-Physiology Quiz: Tuesday
-Physiology Test: Wednesday
-Spanish 3 Test: Wednesday
-AP Calculus AB Test: Friday.
FML. These are all the days that I scheduled myself to be at school for Homecoming decorating ):. Now I can't go. Darn it. GAH. just murder me x <-- LOLOL @ Victoria d:
Anywho, thanks to:
-Girls of Dien Hong for the balloons and card
-Annie Tran and Kim Tran ♥ for the cupcakes, cookies, coupon, and laughing cow cheese. LOL.
-Tina Doan for making me a cake and always being there by my side. I LOVE YOU TINA(:
-Nicholas Vu for getting me a purple striped American Eagle dress shirt
-Andrew and Brian Lien for getting me a pink tie! (:!
-Jonathan Lin for the Aeropostale gift card.
-Vina and ViLan Le for the cotton candy that made me super hyper (:<.
-Victoria Le, Annie Tran, Tina Doan, Brian Lien, Andrew Lien, Jonathan Lin, and the DHG for the cards
and lastly...
-My parents for the Samsung Alias 2 cell phone (:!
I love you guys (: Thanks for making my Sixteenth birthday the BEST birthday EVER. =D

Don't jump to conclusions when you don't have the evidence.
):. So I apparently got mini-lectured by my parents today. They assumed that because I had headphones on my desk meant that I was chatting with other people. What the hell? They can't just assume that just because I have headphones. -_-. Sometimes, I wish my parents were more understanding and that they don't jump to conclusions. =/.
Also, my AIM thing popped up when I restarted the computer. My dad was like turn off that chat thing. I'm like, wtf, it's not even signed on. Then he's like, whatever. I'm going to turn off your Internet starting tomorrow. ):.
Again, what the hell.
The only thing that brightened up my day was code red, which happened during 3rd period today. (: When the administrators tried to open the doors, they wouldn't open because we tied the two doors together with this super long rope. After that, we didn't barricade. We just sat there and did homework. LOL. Because it took so long, there was no time for a math lesson, and so, our homework is now due on Thursday. (=. Yay!
Note to someone that only my best friends would know about:
If only you understood, how much you mean to me...then you would see what I am truly capable of. ):
Well, I'ma go to sleep now. Until later,...
You know you love me, ♥ J.

I wish upon a shimmering star at 11:11...
Birthday Wish List! (= LOL. 5 days until my actual birthday. Yay (=. I will finally be SIXTEEN with the rest of my friends. A lot of people are older than me, considering I was born so late in the year. Anyway, straight to the point...
- Cell Phone (I need one badly since I have to go everywhere for Leadership class) Hopefully my parents will get me this. If not, it's okay too (=.
- Dress Shirts/V-neck T-shirts
- Ties of various colors
- Purple/Green Vans or Converses
- Gift Cards
- Balloons
But mostly, I want something that's from the heart, because that's what is most important to me. I don't care if it's lame or whatever, I would still cherish it and keep it forever. (=. Get what I'm saying?
Anyway, I need to go finish some homework for Calculus and whatever else I got. Toodles! (=.

So I happened to be on blogspot and...
Bonjour. Comment allez-vous? (:
I'm dying from homework yet again, but I guess I just need to learn to manage my time better. After all, junior year is known to me overwhelming and I kid you not, what everyone says is true. Also, junior year is about finding out who you are and figuring yourself out, so go for it. I'm right behind you all the way to support you guys out there. ♥
Physiology Test: Complete, got a B-.
Spanish 3 Exam: Complete, but got a C? I'm guessing.
Next week:
AP Calculus AB Test on Chapter 1 and Spanish 3 Vocabulary Test on 1A on Tuesday. AP US History Test on Thursday and Friday. Spanish 3 Presentation on Friday. ):.
I was looking through my yearbook from class of 2009. I realized that my friends are now leaving CA, and some are here, but starting their new lives. How sad... Especially Tracy Truong. I miss you, you hoe. Thanks so much for everything. (:
As for me, I plan to go to ...UC Davis or UC Irvine? o_O No idea yet. Anywho, toodles for now...
*Sigh*.

Weekend =D.
Happpyyyy Mondayyy Blogspotters (=!
The past weekend was superrr fun for me. In a touch, I basically hung out with my best friend, go to scouts, carwash, and lastly PH's welcome back dance. Oh and a surprise.
Okay so, I went to scouts on Saturday in my newly bought green Venture uniform! No more yucky brown poop color. Yay! LOL. I absolutely j'adore the venture crew of my troop. (=. As many of them said, scout friends over school friends. I honestly agree with them, mostly, that is. (=. My best friend still reigns supreme.
I hung with my best friend at his house for a while. We watched Ugly Betty and started talking about random things. I swear, I could tell him anything and he would never judge me for it. I love you J. (=. ♥ Thanks.
As for the carwash, we planned it to be at Burger King on Dempsey Road in Milpitas. We had so much fun there, and evereyone was quite coooperative. I think I got sunburned, but I guess that's okay, because I'd risk anything for my scout friends too. Heart you guys! At the end of the day, we ended up m aking $467.68 not including the $400 that one of the parents in our troop had donated to us. Total money? $867.68. WOOT!!!!
Back to School Dance was really good, even though I didn't really dance because my best friend didn't want to. That's okay (:. I still had plenty of fun anywho. Hung with so many different people, all my friends. Met some new people there also. ♥ The Leadership Class. The music was HELLA good. I think it was 10000X better than last year's dances. The decorations were nicer than last year's too. I guess each year gets better and better? Who knows? (=.
Surprise? Lol. I asked Tina Doan from Silver Creek High, one of my closest friends, to go to homecoming with me this year. (=. What else is happening? I don't know.
You'll have to read on to find out once I update more. Until then, toodles!
XOXO, You know you love me,

Labor Day Camp
(: Bonjour Blogspotters. I'm home from camp and I'm super tired. I still haven't done homework yet and I probably won't be until about 6 in the morning? XD. Anyhow, I have nothing else to do so might as well waste more time and tell you guys about how my week went.
Saturday, September 5th, 2009
I woke up and packed all my shit together and threw it in the car. Around 8, my parents called me and my brother up to head off to camp with the LH family ♥. We drove for about 40-45 minutes and finally, we were at camp. Pfft, I was pretty stupid for bringing black jeans and a white dress shirt to camp since I knew it was gonna get hella dirty. LOL. Oh well. I set up tents for my parents and some of the boy scouts. Around 11, flag ceremony was called for and lunch hit after that. Us venturers decided to hang out and walk around the camp since we were bored. Nothing else really happened since it was the first day, except we had a huge poker tournament at night. At first, Victoria and Shannen rallied up all the poker chips, holy shit, I SWEAR HAHAHA. Beginner's luck. =).
Sunday, September 6th, 2009
Today was the day for hiking. We ended up hiking for about 3 to 4 hours, since our trail was pretty long. There were a LOT of places that were like, super dangerous. Along the trail, all of us slide at least 4 times. T_T. I felt like I was gonna die. Victoria kept screaming, "Oh lord." The other guys kept pretending to slip and trip down the cliff to try and scare us. Me, Vicks, Shannen, and Dennis were like WTFFFF stop scaring us! HAHAHAH. Crazy venturers, yes we are (=. We played some more poker, and I met hella new people that I have never seen before. Camping success! (=.
Monday, September 7th, 2009
Today, we woke up, cleaned up and, packed. Closing ceremony began and then it was over. Everyone went home and that was the end of camp. I still have to do homework like I said but I will probably do it in the morning at school tomorrow.
):.
I miss you Jonathan.

Loner status. Ew.
=/. I feel like I don't belong anywhere and I feel so alone, even though I know there are people who care about me. ): Ew. This post is so emo, but fuck, whatever.
I've been hearing a lot of things lately and it's been making me feel sad and less confident about myself. I thought some people were really my friends that I could trust, but it looks like they aren't and that they're just being nice to me, just to take advantage of me. I wish I could tell who was a true friend and who just wants to be my friend because I'm so kind and I don't know how to say no, because I'm afraid of letting people down because they count on me.
I don't want to be backstabbed anymore. I've had way too much in the past 2 years of high school, and I don't think I can take much more before I seriously end up snapping.
I wish you were here, you're the only one that I can truly trust with everything. ):

And my life takes another turn?...
Hellloooooo World (=. so, it's only been the 4th day of my junior year of school and I already feel super overwhelmed with everything. I'm starting to get lots of homework and I'm scared because I already have presentations for a lot of my classes. I hate speaking in front of people when it's for something class related. Fuck my life.
I seriously need to cover some of the past few days. Well, yeah. Okay so there are some things that have made me feel pretty ashamed of my junior class. Our class of 2011 is fucking up like, everything for the whole school. As freshmen, we fucked up by blowing the lockers up. As a consequence, they removed our lockers and the whole school could never use them again, after the class of 2008. As sophomores, we ended up taking away Trench Warfare, which is this water balloon fight that the World History classes tend to do each year. After our class, I heard that there will be no more of that. Lets just say it ended in a fight where the asians are on one side and the blacks are on another. This year, someone from our class painted the senior benches. TWICE. First time, they painted it in purple. The second time, they smothered it with gray. How lame. Geez, I say if you're gonna prank the seniors, at least do it with something unique and creative. This is just lame. Anywho, after this year's class of lovely 10 graduates, all the classes after will not be able to bench paint ever again, according to Mrs. Jones. To be honest, I really don't like my class. After what they've done and some of the people I encountered, I just don't feel comfortable enough. I mean I will still represent '11, but this year, I'll probably help with '10, since most of the people in that class are my friends and it's their last year. I really want to help make it special for them because I love them very much (=.
Okay, so there's something else that's been going on that's been bothering me, but simple story out, it's a love triangle. Oh and on my facebook relationship status, it says I'm in a relationship. Honestly? I'm not in one. I just put that so people would stop giving me weird looks and making fun of me. I wish I could just find someone that would truly like me for who I am and accept me no matter what happened, you know?
Bleh. I kind of dislike my math class. Mrs. Nava is cool and funny and all, but she assigns a lot of homework. I end up spending like 4 or 5 hours on it, too, and then I end up cramming all the other homework before I go to sleep at 9 because my parents make me. Haha. Oh well, I guess it's okay for now. Enjoy it while it's easy, yeah? My spanish class is pretty hard. I'm struggling this year because I had Mrs. Chavarria last year. I think it's okay though, for now. Miss Caldera is a really cool teacher. I enjoy her class so far. (=.
I wish I had more freedom in my life though. My parents are always freaking hella uptight and in my grill cuz they're asian like that. Everywhere I go, I have to tell them where I'm going, what time I'm goign to be home, and I have to get a phone number from my friend, just in case there's an emergency. What the fuck. I'm almost 16. I can handle things by myself now. I ain't a baby anymore, so just let me the fuck go.
This stuff is all not gonna make sense to you, but yeah. Maybe Jonathan Lin will get it though. (=. Hi Jonathan!
PDBNBCETBSJL. LOLFACE.
Anywho, I'm sorry for not putting any pictures in here. ):. I'm being HELLA lazy today since I'm so freaking tired. Anywho, toodles!

Hello Wyoming, Idaho, Oregon, and Montana.
I just came back from a 9 day trip to Yellowstone on Sunday. Boy, I'm still out of it and today's a Tuesday. How lame. Everything is starting to ramp up and begin; especially school. I'm starting to becoming pretty excited but also kinda nervous too. Anywho, I'ma blog over what I did over the past week and few days.
August 1st, 2009
I woke up at 4:50 with my parents banging pots all over the place and trying to finish packing for Yellowstone. I grabbed my bag, clothes, and a few other things and went downstairs. I took a shower and brushed my teeth. Changed, too, of course. Then I threw everything I needed into the car and waited. We were scheduled to leave the house by 6, sooo, I decided to watch the TV while I waited for the other 20 people who were coming on the trip with me to get to my house. At around 5:50, everyone was here, so we piled into the 2 big ass vans and drove out towards Idaho, where we were going to stay for the night.
I started off the ride by listening to my iPod putting the music on nearly full blast to keep me awake. For breakfast, we ate croissants that my mom made us. A few hours later, we stopped at McDonalds for lunch. Ew, right? Anywho, after that we kept driving until we reached our hotel. We stayed at the Holiday Inn in the city of Pocatello, Idaho. Our rooms were all right next to each other.
I went into my hotel room and changed into swimming trunks, since all the kids decided that we were going to go swimming. We ran downstairs and went inside the building where the pool was located. It was super huge, I swear! One end was 3 feet while the other end was 9 feet. We jumped into the pool and swam aroudn for what seemed like 2 hours, then we got out and showered. All of us changed back into our clothes and headed to eat dinner. Yeah, dinner was at 11:00. LOL. xD. After that, we all went to sleep and waited for the next day to come so that we could do more driving, but this time to Wyoming, where Yellowstone is located.
August 2nd, 2009
Everyone woke up at 6, packed everything into the car again, and we drove off; this time to the house that we rented near the border of Idaho and Wyoming.
We stopped at what is called the Ice Caves and took a mini tour there. We went down into this cave, where it felt like it was 20-30 degrees in there. The floor was all iced up and water was dripping down from over our heads.
Once the tour finished, we went back and drove up to the Craters of the Moon. There, we took a few pictures and ate lunch. We drove up to the house that we rented, which took about 5 more hours and then unpacked everything there. There were lots of mosquitoes around the area, so I had to use this insect repellent to spray nearly everything to keep mosquitoes away from it. Ew. We ate dinner, and around 12 or 1, the last of us knocked out and got ready for the next day.
August 3rd to 6th, 2009
I'm too lazy to type all these random details and crap out sooo, I will just list basically the routine. We all woke up at 7, packed our bags with lunch and breakfast, and then headed off to various areas in Yellowstone and Montana. This included areas such as:
-Old Faithful
-Different caves
-Mammoth
-Grand Teton National Park
-Lake Jenny
-Etc. I'M LAZY I TELL YOU. LEAVE ME ALONE! ):!
August 7th, 2009
We woke up at 5 and packed everything into the car and drove toward Oregon. Along the way we stopped at this weird place called Lava Butte.
There were chipmunks and squirrels EVERYWHERE. (:. They were soooo cute, I wanted to grab one and keep it as my pet ):. Unfortunately, life doesn't work that way now does it? Ahaha. Oh well.
We drove some more and stopped at our next hotel, which was named, Rainbow Motel. GAY much?!
Me and my friends and cousins all laughed at the name, since the manager was Indian and he didn't know that rainbow stands for gay pride or whatever. AHAHAHA. Damn, we are racist bastards. I swear, I will get jumped by some random retard some day. xD. Anywho, we unpacked and ate dinner. They had a fridge, microwave, and free wi-fi for us. Yay for that, because I was suffering from freaking internet withdrawal! I was typing on random things such as the table or the bed or the TV, it was crazy. I swear, I'm like addicted to the internet, just like most of the people in our generation are. ):.
By the way, I got to go shopping and I found 8 v-necks from American Eagle for myself. YAY!~ <3. Anywho, around 11, I knocked out and dreamed for the next day to come.
August 8th, 2009
We woke up and got ready to go down into California.
Sooo, we drove down and stopped at Crater Lake along the way for a few more pictures and then headed to our hotel in the city of WEED, yes WEED, California!
We stayed at a ghetto, you guessed it, MOTEL 6. LOLOLOLOL. The pool was fucking icy cold and their service was LAMEEEESAUCE. Oh well. Everything was all good, since the next day was going to be our going home day anyway. I hung with my friends and cousins for the last day and then knocked o ut at around 11, again.
August 9th, 2009
Woke up, got ready, took a picture, and then drove home. Along the way, we stopped at Vacaville to go shopping again.
I got myself a short sleeved dress shirt from Rue 21. Ate subway for lunch and then drove home. My dad returned the car, I returned to my normal daily life, and everything was just the same as it was before the trip started. How boring eh?
Bleh. Yellowstone was tiring. The weather was like, extremely weird, cuz there were times where it was sunny and then all of a sudden, it starts raining out of nowhere, with thunder and lightning too. After about 15 minutes, the rain stops, and its sunny again. Oh well. The trip was fun. Thanks to my cousins and friends (: <3.
Oh yeah, I still have yesterday to blog about but that will be in a different blog post. I'm tired. *Yawn* Bye!

Barriers
To all those friends down in SoCal, Texas, Australia, Virginia, Canada, France, Germany, and Maryland. Think about it. We may never see each other again, but I'm really glad I met you guys during TT9. You guys have really impacted my life and nothing will be able to change that. I really miss you guys and wish you guys were still here, so that we could hang out and just have fun. =/.

V-Crew 101!
Okay so today, I had troop meeting from 9:30 to 11:30. We conducted flag ceremony and then went to our own areas. One of the leaders, Truong Zing, called some of us out to create a Venture crew. The requirements were, you had to be in high school, at least Star, if not Life for ranking, and close to getting Eagle.
We went to meet with our new advisors and conducted a meeting to introduce what Venturing is.
After awhile, we had to make plans for fundraising because we needed money to buy our scout uniforms. No, not the ugly brown ones. Our uniforms are the sexy teal-ish green ones. Woot! We also had to choose positions. The positions consist of a president, 2 vice presidents, a treasurer, and a secretary. Sounds like school, no?
The votes came out to be like this:
President: Gilbert Tran
Vice Presidents: Toai-Nguyen Nguyen and Victoria Le
Secretary: Me
Treasurer: Jessica Ho
After we got that stuff taken care of, we discussed our uniforms. Our uniforms are going to consist of a Venturing scout shirt, gray pants, and white socks. After everything was decided upon, well sort of, we played some random games. The games didn't work quite well, but hey, we had a lot of fun. (=.
When troop meeting came to an end, we conducted the ending flag ceremony. Our new yell is "Thanh Sinh. Khai Pha." I'm not sure how to translate it in english, since I'm pretty bad at translations from Vietnamese. =/. Oh well. But yeah, it was pretty cool. I'm so happy now.
We finally have our own Venturing Crew in our troop. ♥.

TT9 - The best week of my life (:
I have not been on the internet for like, the previous week since I was camping down in King City with 2664 other Viets. The whole week was filled with lots of fun, meeting new people, a little bit of drama here and there, sad moments, and goodbyes, but in the end, it was all worth it just to be there.
Thursday, July 9, 2009
I stuffed my whole closet into the car. Tr. Liem from LD Ra Khoi came over and we drove down to Victoria's house to pick her up. The whole ride ended up totaling to about 2 hours, but we had lots of things to talk about and do, so it wasn't too bad. Once we arrived at camp, we set everything up. Our campsite was the closest to the entrance of the park.
From what I heard, a lot of people wanted it, but I don't see what's so good about it. We're freaking isolated from everyone else and nothing is close to us, besides probably the bathroom. I also found that I had to walk about 20 minutes just to go take a shower, and another 20 to be back at camp. Talk about far, much? Jessica and Gilbert camp at around 3 or 4. We took a few pictures together and hung out in the girl scouts' tent, since our boy scout ones were too small. Paul, Perry, and Amy came up at night. We all received our ID cards, wristbands, and camper handbooks for camp.
Friday, July 10, 2009
I had to wake up at 6 to take a shower. When I went there, it was already crowded, even though not a lot of people were at camp yet. Holy crap.
People began to come up from all over the place; Australia, Germany, France, Los Angeles, Irvine, san Diego, Boston, Houston, Dallas, Fairfax, etc. I received my TT9 t-shirt, water bottle, backpack, pen, hat, badge, and some other random stuff. Today was another mingle and free day, so I didn't really do much.

Today was our performance day. I woke up and did the routine I did the previous day. At about 3 or 4, all the dancers finally came up so we had our last few practices before our actual stage show.
Holy shit, the stage was hecka big too. We ended up being all spread out during the dance, but that's okay because we needed the space. Flag ceremony finally began, and next thing I knew, I was changed into asian clothes and up there on stage. All the NorCal troops performed that day.
When it came to us, we had some technical difficulties, but in the end, it all worked out. We performed the dance and all that hard work was finally paid off. (: Thanks to all those who were chanting "Go Jamie!" because you guys are the best. From what I heard, we did really well (=, so yay :D.

Today was another laid back day. I hung with the troop for awhile, then broke off and went to LD Lac Viet and LD Ra Khoi. I found Michelle, Andie, Kristina, and Christine at their tents, so we hung there for awhile. It was filled with whats, hahahs, and lots of perverted nothingness. LOL.
At 3, we were supposed to meet up for the games and stuff, to get to know each other. I was part of staff, so I didn't really have to do anything or go anywhere until the next day. (:. Yay for staff.
Monday, July 13, 2009
Let the games begin! The day started off with brekafast and I hung with the LD Dien Hong girls for awhile. Everyone began to head off to their assigned teams and I blew this bugle horn thing for the games to start.
Every 40 minutes, I kept doign that until lunch. Then there was a period of rest, and then everyone had to go back to the games and start at another sector. I went to take a shower. I ended up forgetting my shampoo bottle in the shower area, but oh well, I had another one in my bag. I went back, and continued my assignment at the sector I was at, which was Sector 2. YAY SECTOR 2, (: LOL. After the games, we changed into class A and went to get dinner.
I ended up staying and talking to Texas people for awhile from LD La Vang of Houston. Campfire finally started, and I cheered for LD Ra Khoi, my old beloved troop, who I thought performed really well. (=.

The second day of the games. I did the same thing I did yesterday, only this time, I showered and then I got wet again due to water games.
Screw you Maurice ):. You owe me something for letting you dump water all over me, mmkay? Haha. Other than that, everything was basically the same. Houston people are hella awesome (=.

I think this was probably the best day of my whole week.
I was up at 12 midnight and we sang Happy Birthday to Victoria. I gave her the card I made her and took lots of pictures. We ended up staying up until 3 ish and I went to the tent and fell asleep. 3 hours later, I woke up and went to eat breakfast. We sat with people from troop 1003. YAY. My birthday! LOL. Anyway, I met this one guy named Kevin Tran from LD Huong Viet of Irvine, California while hanging with the LD Dien Hong girls. o_o. He's hella hilarious and cool and I swear, he laughs at nearly everything. Oo. It's weird how you just meet someone, but it feels like you've known them for a long time. That's what it was like with him. Pretty crazy much. I met more people from Houston and Virginia, but I also met this one guy from Australia. He taught me and my friends how to do the Melbourne shuffle and stuff like that. LOL. Lunch and dinner came like nothing and I found myself sitting with the La Vang people.
The closing ceremony began and campfire started. Finally, it was time to go to sleep, so I went back to the site and hung around at camp with the Lac Hong people. ZZZ...
Thursday, July 16, 2009
It was finally time to say goodbye. I woke up, cleaned up our tent, and threw everything in the car. I then went to eat breakfast and it was time for farewells.
I said goodbye to hella people, and I traded my neckerchief with my friend from Houston, Texas. Then, I went to look for a friend of mine, who made my week really special.
I gave my friend something special that noone else had in the camp and said goodbye. I got so many hugs from everyone I met, I didn't want to leave camp. =/. I won't see most of them for another 5 years, and most likely, I think they'll forget me. =/.
Post camp sadness is getting to me, I swear.
For a friend who made my week very special: I'll always remember you and I won't forget you. We'll see each other at TT10. I promise. Thanks for the small gift ^^. You're hella awesome, you know that?
=/. I'm not ready to start my daily routine again. I feel like something's been torn away from me, just by the barrier of distance.
Thanks to: Andy Ngo, Katrina Huynh, Tammy Nguyen, Khanh Pham, Kim Nguyen, Veronica Dang, Annie Tran, Kim Tran, Tina Doan, Stacy Le, Janelle Duong, Kevin Tran, Khanh Pham, Julie Nguyen, Brendan Tran, Allison Mac, Trucquan Nguyen, LD Lac Hong scouts, and everyone that I met for making this the best week of my freaking life. I love you guys (=.

July 4 weekend ! (:
Hey you guys, Happy Belated Independence Day. I have been out camping since Friday and I just got home today. Let's just say I did some pretty crazy things, yeah?
Friday, July 3, '09.
I woke up at 7 and went down to shower. After I showered, I started bringing all of our clothes, bags, cooking pots, etc. out to the trunk of the car. Once I finished, we waited for Andy and his family to get to our house.
After they got here, we went off to meet everyone else at some Home Depot store along the way to New Brighton State Beach for camp. Everyone was there when we arrived, so, we headed off and about 45 minutes into the car ride, we reached our destination. I went outside for a little bit and boy it was pretty windy.
I decided to put on my sea green American Eagle jacket and walked down to the beach with Andy, Brian, my cousins David, Dan, and my brother. We played on the beach for awhile, with me being the responsible one, since I didn't really get wet that day. An hour or two later, the parents called us to come up to the campsites, which I are numbered 77, 78, and 81 respectively. We went up to each lunch and hung around the camp until it got dark.
We played poker with the chips my brother brought from home along with some really old playing cards that Andy had. After awhile, it got boring so we went to brush our teeth and headed to Zzzz....
Saturday, July 4, '09.
I woke up and took a shower. Yeah, showering in the morning at camp is very cold, but whatever, since my hair always looks really fugly if I don't shower ):. I went to eat breakfast, which ended up being hash browns, eggs, and sausages. Mmmmm ♥. (=.
I heard from my dad that David grabbed us a spot on the beach for tonight, where fireworks were going to be all over the place, since it's Independence Day. My friends and I walked down to the beach and sat there for awhile, waiting for it to get a little bit warmer, since it was pretty cold and the water is FREEZING. D:. I dislike freezing water.
Once the sun fully came up, I put on sunblock, headed down to the water with everyone, and started playing around. I hung with my little cousins for awhile, since they wanted me to play with them.
My cousin David then told my little cousins to let my hand go. He then proceeded to pick me up and head toward the water. I was like shittttt. LOL. A second later, water was rushing over my head and pull me off of shore. I stayed there for awhile and then starting laughing because my parents were like O_O. I then swam in, where I found myself, center of attention for awhile, since they all thought I was going to drown or something. LOL. Thank god for swim team a long time ago. I spent about an hour or so getting yelled at but at the same time, my friends were hiding and sending me these hilarious looks, which I returned back to them.
We went up to eat some asian style lunch thing and headed back down to play around some more. I met some really cute girls while swimming around and decided to just have fun with the group of 5. When I came back, I overheard my friend's parents talking in Viet saying, "Oh my god, Jamie is hanging out with pretty girls. Soon he'll come back to his parents introducing them as his girlfriend or something." I was like LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL, and I headed back to the water. About an hour or two later, we headed up to eat steak and rice, along with fries and salad for dinner. (=. Super delish, yo! :D.
After dinner, we headed down and started a fire on the beach.
Fireworks soon came up and the sky was filled with prettyful colors. (=. Yay fireworks! I went up after it was done, and did the usual night thing that everyone does, and then fell to a coma of sleep. Zzzzzzzz....
Sunday, July 5, '09.
Woke up and did everything. I cleaned up and stacked everything in the car.
Hung out with the skillets for awhile, took pictures, and went home. Now, I'm at home and here. Yay. Tomorrow I have to do Calculus again. Boo ):. Oh and...sunburn hurts. ):. Double Boo. I also accidentally left my camera inside my jacket and threw the jacket in the washer. Now my camera won't work no more. My dad won't let me use cameras anymore unless asked now. Fuck my life. Triple Boo. ))):.
TT9 is in 5 days! I'm so freakin' nervous but also excited. Hopefully our dance is good enough. D:.
Our dress rehearsal is this Wednesday. Yay, more bonding time with the scout beezies :D. Tra la laa~
Byebye. (:. J.
